Returns & Exchanges

At SeraPura we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of our customers and deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

We hope you love your purchase. But in case you do not – you have up to 30 days to return items purchased. Item must be received at our facility within 30 days of ordering (please allow 5-7days for return mail).

Items must be in their original condition: unused with safety seal still intact. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice emailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase.

We do not accept C.O.D deliveries. If you choose to not use our pre-paid return labels, shipment is at your expense. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

Shipping Information

At SeraPura, we are pleased to offer free ground shipping to all 48 contiguous U.S. states on orders over $100. All orders are shipped within 2 business days from when the order is placed. Packages with ground shipping generally take 7 business days from the time the order is placed until its arrival at your door.

Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following week. Orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. Please note SeraPura does not process “rush” or “overnight” orders faster than any other order, so please plan accordingly when choosing your shipping method.

After your order has shipped, you should receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

At SeraPura all of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product. SeraPura may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss, or theft.

In our efforts to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.

Sales Tax

You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. Sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law. By law, SeraPura must collect sales tax for all orders shipped to the State of North Carolina unless proper documentation is received in advance.
