This aids in the process of going to sleep by allowing the brain focus. Sometimes it feels as if we have been exhausted all day until we lay our head on our pillow and our mind starts racing.

An article(3.) I came across referenced a study published in Frontiers in Psychiatry that states hemp extract could be able to help decrease sleep apnea in patients. Looking forward to more research being done for further understanding and conclusions.

Restless Leg Syndrome

Based on a publication in Sleep Medicine, hemp extract has resolved RLS in some patients(4.). WPHealthCare News(5.) has a great article on Restless Leg Syndrome and hemp extract. They explain how it helps by relaxing the muscles and calming the nerves in your legs.
